How do I reserve a birthday party?
You may call the facility during regular hours and speak with one of our reservation specialists or you can request a time slot from our Kingdom Kids website. A deposit is required to reserve your party. Photo ID is required upon confirmation of party.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes. A $40.00 deposit is required to reserve your birthday party. The deposit will be deducted from your party bill. The balance is due near the end of your party and payable by either cash or credit card.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, checks are accepted for initial deposits only.
Can we come early?
You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party ~ but please, no sooner.
What can we bring in with us?
Bring in your own cake, ice cream, ice cream cake or balloons, We ask that you do not bring your own themed party ware into our facility. As an authorized vendor of themed party ware products, Kingdom Kids is obligated to our vendor sources. If you need to bring in your own themed party supplies, we will charge a $25 set up fee and need your supplies 24 hours prior to your scheduled party event.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 14 days’ notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next 2 months. Any party cancelled with less than 14 days will forfeit their deposit.
What does our party package include?
All party packages includes 2 hours in your party area, beverages for the children, paper products and cutlery, tokens, and a host or hostess. Food, token amounts and goody bags vary depending on which party package you choose.
Can I bring chips or any other snack/food items to our party?
No! You are not allowed to bring in any consumables other than your cake and ice cream.
Can I order a Party Tray like a veggie or taco dip, and how much notice do you need?
We would appreciate 48 hours’ notice. We shop specifically for the ingredients to make every party tray fresh and delicious for your party.
Do you have goodie bags for our party guests?
Yes, they are available for $2.50 and come included in some of our Birthday Party Packages. They are filled with games, treats and toys and are for both boys and girls. They may not be suitable for children under the age of two. PLEASE don't not bring your own goodie bags. Is is due to insurance purposes.
When I am counting people attending our party, who am i paying for?
Children 2 to 17 years old are counted as the party guests and are included in your party guest count. Any children between 12 months and 23 months are $3.00 each. You are allowed 1 adult per party guest, excluding the parents of the birthday child. This is referred to as a one-to-one ratio by our party booking staff. Additional adults are $2.00 each. This covers their unlimited beverages and paper products during the birthday party.
If the weather is bad what happens to the party and my deposit?
If the weather causes us to close or the authorities have issued a travel ban or a "No unnecessary travel" alert in your area, your deposit is safe or refundable. However, if the weather in your area causes you to choose not to come in, it will be viewed as a cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit. (Please note that it is not our intention to make money off customers for no services rendered but our employees must be paid to be there.)
What are my responsibilities?
You are responsible for making your deposit. You are responsible for arriving on time. Party areas are reserved and scheduled for 2 hours. You are responsible for paying the balance due at the end of your party. You must bring in your own cake.
Do I tip the host or Hostess?
We encourage tipping for excellent service.
